Letter From The Doctor Regarding COVID-19

April 10, 2020

Dear patients,

I hope you and your family are in good spirits and in the best of health in this difficult time of Coronavirus pandemic. I am writing to inform you of what’s going on with our dental practice now and what to expect in the coming weeks.

As you probably already know by now, the state of California has directed us to suspend all non-urgent and non-emergency dental care. The safety and health of our patients and team-members are the number one priority, hence, I decided to follow their recommendation and limit our dental care to emergency only until further notice. However, I assure that my team and I are on standby for all your urgent needs, especially for dental emergencies.

All non-emergency appointments however are currently being cancelled. You may have already received personal phone calls from Lupe and Anabel with this regard. We will reach out in the coming weeks to reschedule as necessary. Our phone messages and emails are also being monitored frequently.

Should you have to be seen to address your dental emergency please be advised we continue to follow all infection control guidelines outlined by our governing body and will increase it by adding additional screenings and extra-precautions. The situation with COVID-19 is evolving quickly and will likely continue to do so. I will make sure to keep you informed.

Thank you for your trust and confidence in allowing us to care for you and your family. You may call the office at (408) 226-5560 for any questions or whenever you feel anxious and just need someone to talk. If you also know someone who needs emergency dental care and has a difficult time finding a dentist, you may also send them to our way. My team and I will take a good care of them.

Best Regards,

Dennis Baik DDS
